To reduce the risk of transmission of Covid-19 to our patients and staff,
we have put in place the following precautions:
1) We will not be accepting walk-in visits at this time. Please call for an appointment so we can schedule you appropriately.
2) Even if you have an appointment, call the front desk at (315) 342-1765 for further instructions before you enter the office. We will ask you screening questions before you come in the office.
3) Patients with symptoms of infectious disease such as fever, cough and/or body aches or those exposed to recent contacts with these symptoms will be asked to wait in their car until we are ready to see you.
4) We may ask you to use a face mask when you enter the office.  The masks are for our patients and workers only and are in short supply.  Please take only one mask for yourself.
5)We will be seeing sick patients at different times than regularly scheduled visits.
6) For sick patients: please use the back door (ramp) entrance.
7) If you think you need to get in touch with us for anything other than an appointment, please call us.  We may be able to meet your needs over the phone or in the parking lot and reduce potential exposure for you and your office.
8) If you are a companion and the patient needs assistance, you are welcome to come in. However if the patient does not need assistance of any type, it is not necessary for you to be in the exam room or waiting room. Please wait in your car rather than the waiting room.
9) We have place sanitizers in convenient locations throughout the office, please use it frequently.
10) To help us keep things clean in the office, we have removed all reading materials from the reception area and exam rooms. You may want to bring your own reading materials.

Thank you for your patience and understanding at this difficult time.  We are committed to protecting the health and safety of our patients and staff.
